Welcome to the 2011 Battle in the Saddle! Please follow each step carefully and completely. Your entry is not complete without including all of the required forms in the 5 simple steps below. Online entry form is now closed. Download, print and bring your entries to the Show Office!
Horses may begin moving in to State Fair Park after 12 p.m. (noon) on July 4. No horses will be allowed on fairgrounds property before this time. All horses entering State Fair Park for Battle in the Saddle must include current health papers and a negative Coggins (1 year) or you will not be allowed on the grounds.
STEP 1: BE SURE TO MAIL YOUR ENTRIES TO THE ADDRESS BELOW AND ENSURE YOUR HORSES HEALTH DOCUMENTATION IS IN ORDER.
All horses entering State Fair Park for Battle in the Saddle must include current health papers and a negative Coggins (1 year) or you will not be allowed on the grounds.

STEP 2: COMPLETE A LIABILITY WAIVER FOR EACH ENTRY.
All competitors must have a liability waiver on file prior to entering the Battle in the Saddle arena.

STEP 3: RESERVE STALLS FOR YOUR HORSES.
Use this stall form to keep track of all your stall reservations and "stall with" requests. Please send this form with all your entries.

STEP 4: USE THE INVOICE SUMMARY FORM TO TOTAL ALL YOUR ENTRY FEES.
Use this form to total all your event and stall entries. Send one form with all your entries to ensure your entries are processed correctly.

STEP 5: USE THE ENTRY FORMS BELOW TO ENTER YOUR HORSE IN THE APPROPRIATE CLASSES.
